    While 100% accessibility is probably a stretch when using automated tools, it is possible to make the site completely accessible to screen reader users. This should be the aim of developers working on government/citizen related projects. Inclusion is a key criteria for government organisations as ignoring that would mean leaving a part of the community out of consultations.

    We should ensure that if color pickers are used, we can automate the contrast ratios using open source tools such as this one.
